My name is
Olivia
I practice yoga so I can dance, surf, travel, love, make art, and show up fully in my life. A few years ago, I found myself navigating an unexpected health challenge, and my relationship to yoga shifted completely. Yoga became less about performance and more about preparation — for the unknown, for the ordinary, and for the joy.
My teaching is deeply influenced by my mentor, Nevine Michaan, founder of Katonah Yoga®, along with many brilliant teachers I’ve had the privilege to learn from across various disciplines. Preparation and self-responsibility are central themes in my teaching, drawn from my own experience of learning (sometimes the hard way) what it means to be steady and supported.
These tools have shaped my life in simple and meaningful ways. They help me stay sane, grounded, connected and free. I share them in the hope they’ll do the same for you.
